System tasks are tasks that need to be completed at ALL stores. These should be the common tasks like clean the bathroom, refill washer fluid at the pump, empty the trash etc. They can be set to repeat on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly schedule. They can also be set to never repeat for one-off tasks.
Click on the "Tasks" menu item on the left, then click on the "Manage System Tasks" on the top right.
Next, click on the "Add Task" button to bring up the task form.
Fill out the form.
You can group tasks under a common title like "Restroom Maintenance" and add sub-tasks like "Scrub toilets" and "Wipe down the sinks".
Tasks can repeat daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
The target time can be used to ensure tasks get done around the right time. They can be used to allow for the same tasks to be done during different shifts.
You can also force a photo to be taken when completing the task by clicking the Photo Icon. This will help with accountability.
The tasks will then be available in the mobile app to complete:
